Message	Pull slowly at an angle. U may need to cut the old strip out as you go. For some reason some of them come out easier than others (prob depends on who was working that day, lol). The windshield originally had a retainer strip that clipped the moulding in, but dont bother replacing that one (it is nearly impossible to get in and you dont need it anyway). Just glue back in using silicone or urethane (obviously the latter will be much harder to get out should you need to remove again). On the rear you may need to trim the bottom of the new piece to get it to go into the groove. Try fitting it in with no glue at first to determine the need to cut. Also, if your car was painted with the moldings masked (rather than removed or roped off), be extra careful you dont pull up a paint edge when removing. Hope this was helpful.
